The secondary vibrating screen is used to classify the material into two fractions or to separate tailings, as well as to separate iberlauf from natural or mechanically crushed material. The main part of the secondary vibrating screen is a swing that represents one unit and is supported by four springs on the stationary part of the primary vibrating screen. In the axis of gravity of the swing, a shaft with rolling bearings is placed, which has flywheels with specific masses at its ends, which at a certain number of revolutions gives appropriate working oscillations. The drive of the PVS is realized using an electric motor and a belt transmission, which gives a continuous and constant transmission, considering the mutual relations of the transmission elements.
